This immersive experience begins with Breathwork movements and opening meditation with Upma Kaur to stoke the fire inside, Freeform Dance and Movement with kicking Sound System and Live DJ Electronic Dance set by Conor Johnson to get into the flow, Come back down by opening your voice with Chanting and Meditation with Upma Kaur, and to finish and Collaborative Sound Bath with Gongs, Singing Bowls and other Sacred Sound Instruments with Upma and Conor.

A heartfelt thank you to all who attended the event in Carbondale last night, such a great group of beautiful people, nice to meet everyone and see some friends I had not seen in a long time. As I walked outside I was struck by the spectacle of the Moon and Venus side by side, shining in the twilight soon to conjunct together. Facilitating sound healing and working with frequencies that are attuned to the surrounding planets really strengthens our connection to them.
