I am really excited to be shifting gears about what my website is about and the content that I will include. While I will be posting lots of new art and music that I am creating, I will also start sharing new creative content from my very talented friends.
The point is to have a forum for new and amazing art, music, poetry, zoom events, anything and everything inspiring. ChakraCize is a co-creative chakra opening energy movement experience designed as a cardio stimulating, muscle using, spiritual exercise. A journey of light and sound through the Chakras, movement and journey facilitated by Ardis Hoffman. The intention of the journey is to create a connection from your heart to all the chakras to create a sense of inner freedom, peace and love. The order of the chakra sounds and movement in this offering (1, 3, 5, 7, 6, 4, 2) allows a true heart expansion while movement increases then decreases ending with the Sacral Chakra and Soul return.

A special evening of vibrational medicine with Gongs and Singing Bowls. The event will include 2 different gongs, one which is tuned to the planetary calculations of the planet Venus. This will bring in the energies of creativity, beauty, love and the divine feminine. Participants will lie on the floor with their head facing the gongs and singing bowls so that the vibrations will flow through your head and go out through your feet, this facilitates restoration and clearing of your energy.

Live Painting is a truly extraordinary experience. As the energy of an event swirls around you with all the music and beautiful people enjoying the experience, the inspiration flows effortlessly. A performance painting is a special creation that is directly connected to all the people involved in organizing an event and the all the participants that come to share the moment together. The live music is important to the process, whether it is a full band jamming out or a DJ spinning some form of wild electronic music to make you move. Creating in the moment at an event is a great privilege and a great way to connect with others who appreciate artists. Black light events are obviously my first choice, yet any music event can be enhanced by live painting. It is important for a live artist to be compensated for their live painting and what they bring to the experience. Yes I have done some for free and yes exposure is great, but I value my time and effort for an event. If this sounds like something you would want for an event feel free to contact me!
