ChakraCize is a co-creative chakra opening energy movement experience designed as a cardio stimulating, muscle using, spiritual exercise. A journey of light and sound through the Chakras, movement and journey facilitated by Ardis Hoffman. The intention of the journey is to create a connection from your heart to all the chakras to create a sense of inner freedom, peace and love. The order of the chakra sounds and movement in this offering (1, 3, 5, 7, 6, 4, 2) allows a true heart expansion while movement increases then decreases ending with the Sacral Chakra and Soul return.

This Black Light Party is your cosmic playtime! Black Light Face Painting, have our artists paint you, or paint your friends! UV Art Display by Conor Johnson.

A Blending of Meditation, Toning, Exercise and Ecstatic Movement with 7 all original songs for each chakra produced by Conor Johnson spanning the genres of Ambient/Meditation, Downtempo Electronic, Upbeat Electro, Chill-Step, Reggae Dub and Psytrance.

Live performance with Conor Johnson and Barry Chapman plus special guests. Versions of the songs will be available for online download following the event.

Dress comfortably in clothes that allow movement. Yoga attire or similar. Bring Water.
Wear white or bright colors for the black lights. Come a few minutes early for black light face and body painting!

7:00pm – Opening, Black Light Face/Body Painting – We will have artists to do some basic face or body painting, or you can paint your friends
